Adding Data to Projects
You can add data, such as items in the Data Properties and Settings panel, trained deep models and machine learning classifiers, as well as screenshots, CSV files, PDFs, and videos to a project. In addition, you can add tags to each item in a project to facilitate searching.
- Do one of the following:
- Create a new project (see Creating New Projects).
- Open a project (see Searching for Projects).
- Expand the project and then do the following, as required:
- Drag-and-drop a selected item or items from the Data Properties and Settings panel to the project.
Note You can load these items by dragging them to the workspace or to the Data Properties and Settings panel (see Loading Data from Projects).
- Drag-and-drop trained models from the model list in the Deep Learning Tool or trained classifiers from the Machine Learning Segmentation dialog.
Note You can load a model from a project by dragging it to the Model list in the Deep Learning Tool or Machine Learning Segmentation dialog.
- Drag-and-drop the Camera
icon from a view to save a screenshot of the view. You can enter a description for the screenshot in the Screenshot dialog before it is added to the project. - Drag-and-drop items, such as CSV files, PDFs, and videos, from your file browser to the saved data list.
- Click Save current session to project to save the current session to the project.
- Drag-and-drop a selected item or items from the Data Properties and Settings panel to the project.
- Add tags to each data item, recommended.
To add an Item tag, selected the required item in the project and then add the tag(s) in the Item tags box on the left sidebar, as shown below.
Note Each tag you add must be on a separate line.
- Expand the required project.
- Select the item that you want to delete and then click the Delete Item button, as shown below.

- Click Yes to confirm the action or No to cancel.
